Caesarea’s new, prestigious Cluster 12 neighborhood is located on the southern side of the town, close to the golf courses and commercial center as well as to the major traffic routes, Caesarea’s smart Business Park and the train station.

This young neighborhood boasts a unique charm, perched atop a high limestone ridge and surrounded by green expanses and pristine sand dunes stretching down to the sea. Cluster 12 offers its residents an exclusive living experience, with great emphasis placed on preserving nature and the environment as well as cultivating community life. In the center of the neighborhood is an ancient archeological quarry. The quarry has been restored and converted into a beautiful natural park that serves as a place of gathering and leisure for families and children. The 18-acre green public park is surrounded by wide, comfortable and well-lit trails for hiking, jogging and biking, as well as playgrounds.
A cohesive community, with vibrant culture and recreation
The neighborhood is accessible from a number of leisure, commercial and service centers. North of the neighborhood is a magnificent synagogue, a skatepark complex, and a huge sports center with futsal, basketball and tennis courts, fitness facilities and a secure area for children and toddler activities. The nearby C Shopping Center is only a few minutes’ walk, and those who choose to get around by bike can enjoy a network of bike paths that lead to the adjacent beach as well as other Caesarea trails, through the golf club up to the northern dunes.
There is excellent transportation access for families who want to stay close to the center while also being able to get away from the urban noise. Highway 2 (the Coastal Road), Highway 4 and Highway 6 are only minutes away, and those who prefer to take the train have two stations available: the “Caesarea-Pardes Hanna” or the “Binyamina” station.
Size and current offerings
Cluster 12 has an area of about 465 dunams, with 242 plots designated for private construction of 600 to 745 square meters each. The premium plots in the neighborhood overlook the sea and are adjacent to green areas. About 200 plots have been sold to date and a few dozen are still available.
