Where is the Visitors’ Center located within the National Park?
The Visitors’ Center is located in the northern part of the National Park, at Caesarea Harbor. The center is housed in an ancient building within four high vaults. It can be reached from the two main entrances to the park (north and south). We recommend arriving from the north entrance through the Crusaders’ Gate. The center is equipped with signs and directions. If travelling with Waze, search for “Caesarea Harbor.”
What are the opening hours of the Visitors’ Center?
The center is open seven days a week, from 8:30AM. Closing hours vary depending on the season.
November – March

Friday and Holiday Eves: 8:30-15:00
Saturday: 8:30-16:00
Last entry 30 minutes before closing.

How much does entrance cost and from what age is payment required?
Entrance fees to the Caesarea National Park:
39 NIS for an adult
24 NIS for a child over the age of 5
20 NIS for a senior Israeli citizen upon presentation of ID
Free entry for Nature and Parks Authority subscribers.
Free entry for children under the age of 5.
Do I need to arrange a visit in advance?
Groups of over 10 visitors should make reservations here. We recommend arriving five minutes before the scheduled time. Without reservations, entry will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
Is the Visitors’ Center accessible?
The center is accessible to visitors with mobility, hearing and vision impairments. For more details, call 04-6268854.
Is the Visitors’ Center suitable for children?
The archaeological and historical display is suitable for the whole family! The film shown in the second vault is recommended for children ages 8 and older.

A parking lot is located right near the port.
How long is the visit to the Center?
The duration of the visit is about 25 minutes.
Is food and drink allowed?
Food and drink are not allowed within the Visitors’ Center.
Are their guided tours at the Visitors’ Center?
Visits to the center are self-guided. There are no tours or audio guide devices on site.
Is photography allowed at the museum?

Only Service Dogs may enter the Visitors’ Center accompanied by their owners.
Are there restrooms at the Visitor Center?
The ancient building is restored and preserved, and therefore is not equipped with toilets. There are public restrooms available at the entrance to the National Park.
