Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our EMEA and APAC sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating our participation in professional conferences, live seminars, and online webinars. They will also supervise the customization of marketing materials for different markets, manage marketing budgets, and collaborate with parallel marketing teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
Essential Functions
Event Coordination: Organize and oversee our exhibitions at professional conferences, live seminars, and online webinars.
Marketing Material Supervision: Ensure that marketing materials are tailored to meet the needs of different markets and demographics.
Budget Management: Prepare and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Collaboration: Work closely with the US marketing team to develop and implement cohesive marketing strategies.
Bachelor’s degree, advantage for Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 2+ years of proven experience in event coordination, marketing, or a similar role
Experience in coordinating professional conferences, seminars, and webinars. preferred
Familiarity with budget management and financial planning preferred
Knowledge of market research and analysis. preferred
