Polaris solutions-develops and manufactures multi disciplinary, groundbreaking systems for military and HLS around the globe.
Plan, track and delivery of R&D projects
Product oriented
Managing teams to achieve project goals
Supervision on technical procedures
Time and budget project control
Bachelor’s degree in electrical electronics SW HW embedded system engineering
At least 5 years of engineering experience
at least 2 years of teams managing experience
Evidence of skills in collaboration and excellent delivery to customers
Experience in some of following areas: systems for land platforms, wearable electronics, awareness of product safety and certification
High level of oral and written communication skills in Hebrew and English
Willingness to field tests during evenings hours
