Office Administrator and Executive Assistant

Handle all office-related administrative tasks, and facilities maintenance, and provide administrative support to the CEO, CTO, and the team.

Job responsibilities
• Provide administrative support
• General office management
• Maintain high standards of office appearance and be responsible for all maintenance needs
• Be the contact person for various vendors (office equipment, kitchen supplies, etc.)
• Manage the front desk and be the first point of contact for any visitors
• Coordinate corporate travel where needed
• Maintain employees’ positive workplace experience (order groceries, onboarding administrations, etc.)
• Administrative support of wellness activities and events on the site
• Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required
• Dealing with email inquiries
• Taking minutes
• Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms, and conference facilities
• Data entry
• Organizing travel and accommodation for staff and customers
• Arranging both internal and external events
• Possibly maintaining the company’s social media accounts

• Relevant experience in an administrative position
• Great written and verbal level of both Hebrew and English
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Independence, accuracy, and creativity with good problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
• High energy and great interpersonal skills
• Academic degree
