In this role, you will be responsible for EMC regulatory compliance and ENV verifications tests. You will be a part of the HW team and will take an active role in getting knowledge and familiarity with all harmonic cable-tv communication system’s products, peripherals and their functionalities.
Familiar with communications system EMC and SAFETY standards relevant to worldwide markets
EMC and Environmental testing experience – must. SAFETY experience – nice to have.
Experience working with relevant test equipment (Spectrum Analyzer, ESD simulator, Surge Generator etc…)
Ability to plan, organize and manage test setups and verify operation according to devices’ specifications
Accompanying the tests in licensed laboratories
Ability to review performance, identify problems and contribute to their solution while pre-compliance / compliance tests
Prepare test reports as laid down in procedure manual
Individual as well as teamwork are required
Fluent English speaking
